Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions shall apply:
Contractor: Met Stefan BV, located at Westeinde 46, 2825 AL Berkenwoude, Chamber of Commerce number: 95497897.
Client: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Met Stefan BV
Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services between Met Stefan BV and the client.
Article 3 – Quotations and agreements
All quotes from Met Stefan are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Agreements are only concluded after written confirmation or when Met Stefan BV actually begins executing the order.
Article 4 – Execution of work
Met Stefan BV will carry out its work carefully and to the best of its knowledge and ability. The client will ensure that all necessary information, materials, and access are provided to Met Stefan BV in a timely manner.
Article 5 – Changes to the agreement
If during the execution it appears that additional work is necessary for the proper execution of the agreement, the parties will enter into consultation to adjust the agreement.
Article 6 – Rates and payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If the payment term is exceeded, the client will be in default without further notice and will owe statutory interest.
Article 7 – Cancellation
Cancellation by the client must be in writing. If the client cancels within 48 hours of the start of the work, they are obligated to pay 50% of the agreed-upon fee.
Article 8 - Liability
Met Stefan BV is only liable for direct damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Any liability is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance in the relevant case.
Article 9 - Force majeure
Stefan BV is not obligated to fulfill any obligation if prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, illness, natural disasters, strikes, and electricity and internet disruptions.
Article 10 - Complaints
Complaints about the work carried out must be submitted in writing to Met Stefan BV within 7 days of completion.
Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of Met Stefan, BV, unless the parties agree otherwise.
