How do you get all of that arranged quickly and efficiently? That is where I come in.

My name is Stefan Meijer. I help people with (urgent) house clearances, mini-clearances, and business clearances. We also move seniors to smaller homes, such as an apartment or care room. With me, you won't get any hassle or unclear agreements, but personal contact, clear communication, and a fast, straightforward approach.

From a basic trailer to a complete, full-service clearance company

In 2020 I started small: without a big plan, with only a trailer and the desire to help people practically.

I saw on Facebook that many people were struggling to clear out or dispose of belongings. Sometimes it was heavy furniture, a care room that needed to be emptied quickly, or an expat who suddenly left. I quickly realized that personal help and flexibility were greatly appreciated.

So I started collecting, removing, and taking various pieces of furniture and bulky waste to the recycling center, primarily for families without transportation. This proved to be a hit with my clients. With my first earnings, I soon bought a truck and was able to take on larger jobs. I now handle complete house and business clearances for individuals, expats, healthcare institutions, and businesses.

Our team now consists of 8 people who all do their work with passion, each in the right place where they can grow and flourish and use their talents for the customer.

Special moments in my work

Some assignments stay with you forever. Like the time I had to clear out the room of a gentleman who had passed away. His daughter was there and visibly moved. At that moment, I take a moment to calm down and ask, "Would you like to be alone for a moment?"

It's moments like these that make me realize my work is more than just clearing things out. It's primarily about supporting people in difficult situations. I always work respectfully, discreetly, and with attention to the personal story behind it. Not just someone who rushes to empty a house, but someone who understands that emotions and memories often come into play.

Or that time a customer called me in a panic: "I have to turn in my keys tomorrow, but my house is still completely full of stuff!" Everything was arranged within a few hours.

Recently, an elderly lady called to say she had a 100-year-old piano still riddled with bullet holes from World War II. She asked if I could quickly pick it up and take it away. Unfortunately, the beautiful piano couldn't be saved, so I recycled it on her behalf. For this job, we had to go through the back door, and we used special ramps because pushing a 300kg cart through grass or gravel is simply not going to happen :-)

We also regularly handle extreme jobs, such as cannabis plantations or heavily contaminated homes.
There is often a sense of shame, and it is necessary to listen with warmth and attention and not to judge people. In our opinion, after all, it can happen to anyone.....

Solving problems, creating peace and space in hectic situations, that's what I do with my team!

My background 

My background is in VIP transportation. Not standard taxi work, but transporting people who expect quality, hospitality, discretion, and excellent service.
I use that experience daily in my current work. Whether it concerns a home, a care villa, or a commercial property: together with my team, I work quickly, efficiently, and carefully.

And honestly, it's just wonderful work. No two days are the same, and that's precisely what makes my job so rewarding.
